Room use requires an orientation with ITS classroom support prior to use.

Video Conferencing Technology: Ability to link to up to 9 sites simultaneously. Orientation is required to use the video conferencing equipment. Contact ITS classroom support for an orientation.

The library may institute a use fee of $150-$200/hour. Fees would not be charged to students for class use (including dissertations) or for classes that are part of a curriculum.
