Pamphlets

Master copies of all of the pamphlets are located in white binders sorted by health topic. If a client finds a pamphlet that they would like a copy of, have them fill out (or fill out for them) a Pamphlet Request form. Leave the pamphlet number blank, but do fill out the title of the pamphlet. Once filled out, find the pamphlet in the closet and give it to the client. Leave the form in the folder in the divider on Julie’s desk.
