Objectives

Step 6 of the previous section, "Search: guide the client's search for information", depends on your knowledge of the resources available in WHIC.

This lesson prepares you for interactions with clients by guiding you through an exploration of the print resources that are available in the center. Related online materials are mentioned to help you integrate your use of print materials with online resources, but more detailed information about evaluating and selecting web resources will be the focus of the next two sections.
