1. Scenario: A client would like information about assisted living facilities for her aunt in Guilford County. Go to the NC Health Info page. Under the topics dropdown box (in the upper right hand order of the page), select "Assisted Living Facilities". Under location, select "Guilford County". 2. Scenario: A client from Cumberland County would like information any local support groups for survivors of breast cancer. Go to the NC Health Info page. Under topics, select "Breast Cancer". Under location, select "Cumberland County". Several websites will be listed under the header of "Support Groups".
