Cindy Rhine, Jim Curtis, and Tim Cline host celebration of UNCLE's first birthday

UNCLE, a locally mounted MEDLINE system, began in 1992. DRA, a new online catalog with acquisition, circulation, and external database searching capabilities, became available in 1993. The New UNCLE, launched in late 1996, offers users access to electronic databases and other digital resources through the World Wide Web.
