Appendix E: Summary of service provider participants
Due to the confidential nature of service provider interviews, as well as the public prominence of some interviewees in the small, rural community in which this community diagnosis took place, neither the names nor the position of provider's interviewed for this project will not be revealed. However, in an effort to give readers a general idea of whom this AOCD team interviewed, the following is a general description of the nine service provider interviewees by gender and race:
Four men were interviewed. Of these four men, one was African American and three were white.
Five women were interviewed. Of these five women, three were African American and two were white.
