Appendix G: Summary of community member focus group participants
Due to the confidential nature of community member focus groups, the names of the people who participated in these discussions as part of this project will not be revealed. However, in an effort to give readers a general idea of who participated in focus groups, the following is a general description of the twenty-eight people who participated by gender and race:
Three men participated in focus group discussions. Of these three men, two were African American and one was white.
Twenty-five women participated in focus groups. Of these twenty-five women, nineteen were African American and six were white.
