PubMed
PubMed, a service of the National Library of Medicine, includes over 14 million citations for biomedical articles back to the 1950's. These citations are from MEDLINE and additional life science journals. PubMed includes links to many sites providing full text articles and other related resources.

CINAHL with Full Text
The Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health is the world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 520 journals indexed in CINAHL. This authoritative file contains full text for many of the most used journals in the CINAHL index - with no embargo. Full-text coverage dates back to 1982.

Abledata
ABLEDATA provides objective information on assistive technology and rehabilitation equipment available from domestic and international sources to consumers, organizations, professionals, and caregivers within the United States. We serve the nation's disability, rehabilitation, and senior communities. ABLEDATA is sponsored by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) , part of the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) of the U.S. Department of Education.

SPORTDiscus with Full Text
The SPORTDiscus with Full Text database covers both serial and monographic literature on sports, fitness, and related disciplines, and provides selected full text access to more than 400 full text titles, out of thousands of journals indexed. PEDro
This database is an initiative of the Centre for Evidence-Based Physiotherapy (CEBP) at the University of Sydney, Australia. It has been developed to provide rapid access to bibliographic details and abstracts of randomised controlled trials and systematic reviews in physiotherapy. Most trials in the database have been rated for quality to help one quickly discriminate between trials that are likely to be valid and interpretable and those which are not. Pedro contains citations of over 5,500 randomized control trials, systematic reviews and evidence-based clinical practice guidlines relevent to physiotheraphy. Where possible, abstracts and links to full-text are provided.

PsycInfo
The American Psychological Association's PsycINFO database, with over 2,000,000 records, is the most comprehensive international database of psychology. It covers the academic research and practice literature in psychology from over 45 countries in more than 25 languages. PsycINFO includes relevant materials from related disciplines such as medicine, psychiatry, education, social work, law, criminology, social science, and organizational behavior. It provides indexes to journals, dissertations, book chapters, books, technical reports, and other documents from 1887 to the present. Many journals are available in full-text.

Cochrane Library
CDSR includes the full text of the regularly updated systematic reviews of the effects of health care prepared by The Cochrane Collaboration. The reviews are presented in two sections: Complete reviews - Regularly updated Cochrane Reviews, prepared and maintained by Collaborative Review Groups (see Summary of CRG Output, under About the Cochrane Collaboration - Collaborative Review Groups for a listing of reviews and protocols organized by Collaborative Review Group) [and] Protocols - Protocols for reviews currently being prepared (all include an expected date of completion). Health and Psychosocial Instruments (HAPI)
Health and Psychosocial Instruments provides ready access to information on measurement instruments (i.e., questionnaires, interview schedules, checklists, index measures, coding schemes/ manuals, rating scales, projective techniques, vignettes/scenarios, tests) in the health fields, psychosocial sciences, organizational behavior, and library and information science. HAPI assists researchers, practitioners, educators, administrators, and evaluators, including students, to identify measures needed for research studies, grant proposals, client/patient assessment, class papers/projects, theses/dissertations, and program evaluation. By creating an organized resource of previously unavailable measurement information, HAPI: (a) provides a means of locating a variety of instruments, (b) helps to reduce inefficiency and cost, and (c) eliminates duplication and "reinvention of the wheel."
