International Health Internships and Service Opportunities

Introduction

This sampling of Internet resources for US based organizations is provided for students in health related fields who are interested in pursuing an international internship or volunteer experience related to their studies. Inclusion of a site on this page does not indicate an endorsement of the sponsoring organization or its program.

Note that groups vary widely in their goals, requirements, length of stay, support provided, and costs. Students and professionals interested in an international experience need to look for groups that will help meet their educational and personal goals.
