Please print out Borrower’s Application and bring in completed and signed form with a valid NC Driver’s License or other proof of NC Residency. During the first year, New borrowers are limited to five books at any given time. After the first year this restriction may be removed.
Cost of Borrowing: $25.00 annual fee (cash or check) payable at the User Services desk. Applications for new borrower’s cards and renewal cards must be made before 5pm.
