Service Providers(Outsiders)

The team interviewed a total of thirteen service providers, nine female and four male, representing the areas of education, health care, faith groups, local government, business owners, police department, and community-based organizations. The ethnic breakdown of the service providers interviewed is the following: nine Caucasians, two African-Americans, and two Latinos.

Community Members(Insiders)

Nineteen community members were interviewed either individually or in focus groups. Of the four individual interviews, three were female and one was male. The ethnic breakdown of the interviewees is the following: two African-Americans and two Latinos. The focus groups consisted of fifteen community members. The following is the sex and ethnic breakdown:
