Acknowledgements

The team would like to thank all of the people who helped us throughout the community assessment process. First, we would like to thank our preceptor, Karen Webb who was our mentor and guide into the Snow Camp Community. We would also like to thank all of the community members who so graciously welcomed us into their community. In addition, we would like to thank all of the community members and service providers who participated in the interviews and focus groups.

We could not have had such a wonderful community meeting without the help of the planning committee; we thank them all tremendously for all of their work and ideas. We have a special thank you for J.D. Barrett, the principal of Sylvan Elementary School, without whose help the community meeting would never have run as smoothly as it did. Finally, we would like to thank our instructors, Dr. Geni Eng, Karen Moore, Dr. Scott Rhodes, and Dr. Mike Royster, and our teaching assistant, Kate Shirah, for all of their support and guidance throughout this process.
