Purpose of Community Diagnosis We would like to thank the other members of the Pittsboro community diagnosis team: our preceptor, Maria Hitt and the Chatham County Health Department, as well as, members of the Chatham Coalition for Adolescent Health; Shirille Lee of Chatham Together! and the Chatham Coalition for Adolescent Health; and members of the Pittsboro Teen Center Board. Without the collaboration of these important team members, this diagnosis would not have been possible.
