Download Instructions:

Step 1: Go to Micromedex (On Campus Only)

Step 2: Select "Clinical Xpert / Healthcare Series" from "Your Applications."

Step 3: Select the far right tab: "Handheld PDA."

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 5: For syncing at home, copy the "Customer Number" (available while on campus) and then go to http://www.thomsonhc.com/muac/librarian to register and access the download from off-campus.

NOTE: You must be on campus to access the "Customer Number" that you will need when you register and sync at home.

Step 3: Follow the instructions and link for downloading the new FirstCONSULT Handheld.

NOTE: FirstCONSULT Handheld will connect through POCKETConsult. The creation of a username and password is required.
