General BusinessFile Internat'l, part of the Infotrac suite of databases, covers all aspects of business and management, including company and industry information. This database provides bibliographic references or abstracts for articles from more than 900 business, economic, management, trade and industry publications; profiles of more than 100,000 public and private companies; industry descriptions based on Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes; and abstracts or full-text of investment reports and forecasts for more than 11,000 US and international companies and for 53 industries prepared by Wall Street and international brokerage firms. Includes full-text for many titles. Access: General BusinessFile Internat'l is available through any UNC campus computer, and is also available off-campus to any UNC affiliated person who has a PID number.
